Microplate ELISAWe offer over 190 parameters across the range of Autoimmunity and Infectious Serology.
Our ELISA systems come with ready-to-use, bar- and colour-coded reagents. Break off microplate wells and standardised incubation conditions allow multi-parameter testing in the same run. Automation options: EuroLabLiquidHandler, Analyzer 1, Analyzer I-2P For more information, contact us. |
ImmunofluorescenceOur BIOCHIP and TITERPLANE technologies provide modern, standardised, and comprehensive testing methods for indirect immunofluorescence.
Our range includes full tissue sections, cultured cells, antigen dots and transfected cells covering both Autoimmunity and Infectious Serology. Automation options: Sprinter, Sprinter XL, EUROPattern For more information, contact us. |
EUROLineMembrane strips are coated with parallel lines of a selection of purified, biochemically characterised antigens. If the patient sample is positive for a specific antibody, it binds to the antigen. This binding is identified through chromagen/substrate staining, with an intense dark band appearing at the corresponding antigen band.
With a room-temperature incubation and automated options, the test is easy and straightforward. Automation options: EUROBlotMaster, EUROBlotOne For more information, contact us. |
EUROArrayEUROArrays after hybridisation are read in the EUROIMMUN Microarray Scanner. The EUROArrayScan software automatically recognises the position of the arrays and quantifies the spot signals for each DNA probe. In just a few seconds, the software calculates the test results from the signal intensity.

BIOCHIP MOSAICS
Euroimmun's BIOCHIP Technology has been developed to improve standardisation and modernisation of indirect immunofluorescence. Cover slides are physically or chemically activated, then coated with millimetre-sized sections of cultured cells or tissue. Covalent bonding binds frozen tissue sections to the glass, preventing substrate detachment.
BIOCHIP Mosaic slides use several BIOCHIPS coated with different substrates. These sit alongside each other on the same reaction field. This means that one drop of patient sample on a reaction field can have the antibodies against various organs or infectious agents simultaneously. A detailed, comprehensive antibody profile may therefore be established with only one patient test.

- Parallel incubation of several samples
- Identical incubation conditions owing to simultaneously starting reactions
- No drying out, no humid chamber required
- No running of droplets or dislodged cover slips
